Sidamo Washed: The Sidamo region highlands are full of unique coffee flavors. Located in the southern part of the country, its coffee beans are most known for its chocolaty tones and for its wine and spice notes. This washed coffee is certified organic and came from the Southern Region Farmers Cooperative Federation.
